We as Internet users run into trolls on a daily basis. The Vine is definitely one of the most troll-free zones I have seen on the Web. However, as we navigate to follow the news and even stories seeded on the Vine, we become aware there is a lot of mean trolling going on. I stumbled across an article I think would be worth the time to read. Instead of seeding it since the image seeder still is buggy I decided to write it up and respond to the points it brings out.

No matter where you go on the Internet, there’s a type of user who plays by a different set of rules. These people—somewhere in there, behind the proxy servers and dummy accounts, they are still people—live only to bother others, to waste their time and hurt their feelings. They sabotage honest, open expression wherever it can be found.
These are people with sociopathic traits. Or they are paid or otherwise motivated to push a certain special interest agenda, very often, that of the corporate cartel lobby. Or have sociopathic traits as well as are pushing a special interest agenda.
